Our Harvest Service was led by Andrew when we learnt about the work of All We Can in Ethiopia which involves enabling folk to grow potatoes which are resistant to climate variations. The campaign was entitled \u2018Deepen your Roots\u2019. We reflected on how this applies to our Christian faith. Financial donations were in aid of All We Can (\u00a3305.50). Practical gifts went to the local food bank.<\/p>\n

Andrew took the opportunity to allow us to celebrate the amazing 50 years of dedicated service by Lesley Saunders in Girls Brigade.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

She has enabled many children and young people to put down roots in as Christians. She was presented with a special brooch and certificate and the celebration continued with cake after the service. Congratulations, Lesley!\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n
